In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

If you are new to system, you may have to create the account.

NOTE :  PLEASE DO DATA BACKUP  AS FREQUENTLY AS POSSIBLE [ PREFERABLY DAILY - TWICE ].  UNLESS YOU HAVE AT-LEAST 3 COPIES OF YOUR DATA AT 3 DIFFERENT DEVICES, DO NOT THINK THAT YOU HAVE BACKUP.  USERS ARE SUPPOSED CARRY OUT DATA BACKUP / RESTORE ACTIVITY THEMSELVES.
